
Intense garnet-red. Stark at first, opening to complex floral notes, red fruit, chalk and white pepper. Taut, compact tannins, vibrant vertical acidity — very elegant and refined.
Serve at 18 °C. Decant a few hours before serving. Pairs with truffle, braised beef, game and aged Castelmagno.
