
Ruby-red and full-bodied with floral notes, concentrated berries, tar and blackberry. Refreshing acidity, fine soft tannins, great complexity and a long lingering finish.
Serve at 17–18 °C, ideally decanted. Pairs with braised beef, truffle dishes and aged cheeses.
