Taste

Intense ruby-red. Explosive, generous nose of plum, citron and grapefruit with spicy overtones and emerging violet aromas. Full and intense palate with soft, round and velvety tannins.

Serving

Serve lightly cool at 14–16 °C. Beautiful with duck, mushroom risotto, game birds and soft cheeses.
